The Front End Development team at Red Ventures builds and manages a vast portfolio of big brand web sites, reaching countless customers across a variety of industries.

That's where you come in. We’re looking for talented, passionate front-end developers with the skills and the drive to build and maintain websites for some of the country’s biggest brands. 

You’ll work with top talent including writers, analysts, designers and other developers in a fun, fast-paced environment. Each day, you'll create, code and optimize websites and user experiences in a workplace where you can see the impact of your ideas. Skills we look for:  

  • 3+ years' experience in front-end web development
  • Proficient in JavaScript and knowledgeable around various JavaScript frameworks 
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, and SCSS
  • Understanding of Git / version control
  • Understanding of responsive 
  • Ability to build page(s) from scratch 
  • Experience within a split testing environment 
  • Experience debugging

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Build user-centered cross-platform web interfaces using the latest in front-end technologies.

EXPECTATIONS FROM CANDIDATES 

  • HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript.
  • Responsive Design.
  • Ability to write high-performance clean semantic code (without relying on a Framework).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices.
  • Needs to be currently living in Brazil.
  • Fluent English is mandatory (you will often be working with teams from around the globe!).

 

PLUS!

  • CSS Preprocessors (SASS).
  • Version Control (Git).
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and/or Sketch.

Manager of Ad Trafficking/Production Planning

As a Manager of Ad Trafficking/Production Planning you will work with the Imagitas client services and technology team to manage the complex production process for our direct mail products. These products enable our clients reach unique marketing channels by changing the way movers and advertisers interact with U.S. Postal Service change of address process.   This is a highly collaborative and visible role which plays a critical part in ensuring the success of our strategic product execution. This role requires an intense attention to detail for production of the current products as well as effective communication internally and externally with our vendors.

 The Opportunity: 

  • Own the development of and execution of highly detailed print production schedules that run on both monthly and quarterly cycles
  • Day to day liaison with upwards of 4 print vendors, communication could include providing proactive paper orders and ensuring final approvals prior to production
  • Consistent communication with ‘client services team’ on status of client creative submissions and available inventory
  • Monitor inventory shipment and usage for multiple print products
  • Attend off-site press approvals as needed
  • Receive, evaluate and enter contracts details from Client Services team into database
  • Respond to daily printing requests and requirements

 

 

What we are looking for: 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations in either Ad Trafficking/Production Planning, Print, Graphic Arts or Advertising Agency
  • Extremely organized, detail oriented and deadline driven
  • Effective communicator in an environment with frequently changing requirements
  • Demonstrated success in team leadership role
  • Skilled in the use of InDesign, Excel and FTP
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required
  • Able to pass USPS security clearance requirements.
