What’s the role?

A Digital & Multi-Channel Manager within Red Ventures’ emerging pharmaceutical partnership, leading the development, execution, and management of integrated digital and multi-channel marketing strategies in order to drive deep engagement across all channels via analytic driven insights, efficient processes, automation, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the overall digital strategy and lead the multi-channel marketing execution for an emerging pharmaceutical partnership, including email, search (PS, SEO / SEM), social, remarketing, etc.
  • Develop robust and actionable analytics for digital marketing campaigns to help optimize programs and measure success.
  • Partner with Marketing, Paid Search, Web Developers, Customer Experience, and other teams in the organization to establish coordination of message, touch points, and frequency across customer-facing channels.
  • Develop and monitor metrics, reporting, and analytics to understand and optimize program drivers and results.
  • Make an immediate and profound impact, with the opportunity to further build out RV’s presence in the health care/pharmaceutical space. The role offers responsibilities and career growth opportunities that are not available in similar roles in larger companies. 

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4-8 years of expertise in digital marketing and cross channel integration in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in creating digital/multi-channel engagement strategies, including content and channel strategic frameworks in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities - highly quantitative and analytical focused with the ability to develop actionable insights from data to influence business decisions.
  • Desire to work hands-on in a performance based, analytically driven, fast-paced environment, while also working, collaborating and providing strategic direction across technical and creative teams.
  • Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-departmental team.

A digital-minded Director within Red Ventures’ emerging partnership vertical, driving growth for leading brands through digital transformation, marketing, e-commerce and technology.

What we are looking for:

  • Strong business acumen and proven leadership skills; experience leading day-to-day relationships with C-Level external partners.
  • Experience with running and owning a large P&L.
  • Desire to work hands-on in a performance based, analytically driven, fast-paced environment, while also working, collaborating, and providing strategic directions across various technical and creative teams.
  • Strong understanding of evolving e-commerce and the digital landscape as it relates to digital media, user design, website engagement, analytics and overall digital marketing strategy.
  • Experience in growth businesses through starting a company, new business development, new product development, and/or innovation in business models.
  • A high degree of creativity with passion for driving performance.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in an analytically oriented discipline (e.g. business, economics, statistics, mathematics, marketing, etc.) or technology oriented degree – MBA is a plus.

Red Ventures is growing its team and we’re looking for an experienced and highly motivated data-driven e-commerce marketer to lead our expansion into new verticals. You will work with a team of experienced and talented digital marketers, UX designers, data scientists and engineers to help create, build and grow our business into emerging verticals, marketing channels and geographies through a collection of partners, companies, and technologies.  

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a skilled data-driven marketer to lead the strategy from planning and ideation to implementation, testing and optimization for our e-commerce expansion. If you have a desire to take on a high-level of accountability and take your career to the next level, as well as substantial experience developing, driving, and measuring e-commerce campaigns, we'd love to have you join our growing team.

In this role, you will use your knowledge and an experimental test and learn approach, working closely with a dedicated team of data scientists, designers and engineers, to find scalable ways to improve digital customer acquisition efforts, revenue growth, retention, and engagement for leading brands in the e-commerce space. 

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience working in online marketing and/or an e-commerce capacity
  • In-depth understanding of how to drive ecommerce sales through effective direct marketing programs
  • Proven experience building and managing an e-commerce and multi-discipline team
  • Experience with in-depth analytics and problem solving, the ability to think strategically while being detail and execution-oriented, and success in managing competing priorities
  • A thoughtful and analytical approach with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technical team members and other departments
  • Deep understanding of evolving e-commerce landscape, cross-industry brand knowledge, and a high degree of creativity
  • Proven results driving growth through Paid and Search Marketing (e.g. SEM, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Knowledge and experience withonline marketing for e-commerce (e.g. Affiliate Marketing, Market Places, Shopping/PLA, SEO, Facebook and Display Advertising, etc.)
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mentality

Bonus points for:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, typically in an analytically or technology oriented discipline (e.g. business, computer science, engineering, etc.)
  • Worked at a startup that experienced significant growth
  • SEO knowledge
  • Experience in A/B testing (ACE in AdWords)
  • Retargeting and/or paid social experience
  • Product development experience (software/technology thought leadership)
