Account Director

Based on our exciting business growth, Imagitas – a Red Ventures company, is actively recruiting an Account Director to join our talented team.

What you’ll do: 

  • The Director position is a general management position in which you’ll interact frequently with senior leadership in the company as well as the executive management (C-level) teams of our partners.
  • Define and set the strategic direction for client services team, function as a thought leader and strategic business partner with existing and target clients.  
  • Develop a strong understanding of our current and future clients that includes their business drivers and strategies, competitive position in the marketplace, industry trends, as well as key executives and decision makers.
  • Proactively generate ideas and support them with your quantitative models and economic projections to drive growth initiatives around breaking in to new industries and expanding Imagitas client portfolio in our existing industries.
  • Successfully navigate client conversations around the value of Imagitas products while quickly assessing client situations and configure mutually beneficial value propositions.
  • Lead internal cross-functional teams in areas like operations, marketing, and creative while creating development and mentorship opportunities for our Account Managers and Account Associates.
  • Partner with clients and internal teams on multi-variate test plans to maximize client campaign performance.

Digital Marketing Manager, Multi-Channel

What’s the role?

A Digital & Multi-Channel Manager within Red Ventures’ emerging pharmaceutical partnership, leading the development, execution, and management of integrated digital and multi-channel marketing strategies in order to drive deep engagement across all channels via analytic driven insights, efficient processes, automation, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the overall digital strategy and lead the multi-channel marketing execution for an emerging pharmaceutical partnership, including email, search (PS, SEO / SEM), social, remarketing, etc.
  • Develop robust and actionable analytics for digital marketing campaigns to help optimize programs and measure success.
  • Partner with Marketing, Paid Search, Web Developers, Customer Experience, and other teams in the organization to establish coordination of message, touch points, and frequency across customer-facing channels.
  • Develop and monitor metrics, reporting, and analytics to understand and optimize program drivers and results.
  • Make an immediate and profound impact, with the opportunity to further build out RV’s presence in the health care/pharmaceutical space. The role offers responsibilities and career growth opportunities that are not available in similar roles in larger companies. 

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4-8 years of expertise in digital marketing and cross channel integration in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in creating digital/multi-channel engagement strategies, including content and channel strategic frameworks in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities - highly quantitative and analytical focused with the ability to develop actionable insights from data to influence business decisions.
  • Desire to work hands-on in a performance based, analytically driven, fast-paced environment, while also working, collaborating and providing strategic direction across technical and creative teams.
  • Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-departmental team.

Digital Product Manager

What's the role?

In the Product Management role, you will define, execute, and deliver products that add great value to our internal businesses and partners. You will drive developing the strategy and vision, and define features and product roadmaps based on the team strategy and vision. This role is inherently cross-functional -- you will work closely with engineering, design, operations and executive teams to develop and deliver products.

  • Develop and launch new digital products and enhance/scale existing products
  • Lead the development of product strategy and vision supported by internal and external analysis
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps based on team strategy and vision
  • Working with your engineering team, you will determine the best technical implementation methods as well as reasonable execution schedule
  • Manage data-driven prioritization and trade-offs among all product concerns (e.g. customer experience, business & technical performance, operational support load, etc.)
  • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners

What We’re Looking For:  A strong product owner, with an entrepreneurial mindset   

  • 3-5 years of experience working cross functionally (design, engineering, usability, content development) to build and launch software products.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a technology oriented discipline (e.g. computer science, MIS, etc.) or an analytical oriented discipline (e.g. business, economics, statistics, mathematics, etc.).
  • Broad technical breadth and depth including familiarity with mobile technology, web services and back-end application infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage tradeoffs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
  • Eagerness to break records, create opportunities, and take risks; we love a competitive spirit.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced and often changing environment, with an inclination to solve new problems and learn new skills in order to succeed.
