When we created the Red Ventures DE&I team, we promised to publish an update about our progress every single year, because we believe that we must measure what we want to improve. Ultimately, the purpose of this work is to create an inclusive community at Red Ventures, with diverse perspectives at all levels of leadership, where employees are empowered to make the world better. Our goal is not to be perfect; it is to get better every day. By the end of this report, we hope you have a clear sense of the work we’ve done, and how we will continue building momentum on this journey.
