Red Ventures Ranks No. 1 on Charlotte’s Best Places to Work List

The company ranked #1 among large business on the Charlotte Business Journal’s list for the second consecutive year.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Red Ventures has once again been named Charlotte’s Best Place to Work. The technology company, which has taken the top spot on the Charlotte Business Journal list for two consecutive years, was recognized for its unique culture, comprehensive employee benefits and high level of employee engagement. This is the fourth consecutive year Red Ventures has ranked in the top 10 and the third year it has ranked in the top five on the Best Places to Work list.

Detailed and anonymous employee surveys were conducted by Quantum Workplace, an independent human-resources survey company based in Wichita, Kan. Employees at all companies nominated for the Best Places to Work awards filled out survey questions that were assigned a point value, which was used in determining a final score. Key categories included company benefits, culture and employee engagement.
