The marketing and sales company is partnering with Verizon, AT&T and National General Insurance
CHARLOTTE, NC – Red Ventures announced today that it plans to hire more than 200 employees in the Charlotte region over the next 3 months. The announcement comes as a result of several new partnerships Red Ventures is launching, including AT&T and National General Insurance. These national brands join the lineup of Red Ventures’ 14 other partners which include DIRECTV and ADT Security. The marketing and sales company has grown 40% per year for the last four years, and expects to close out 2013 with nearly 2,000 employees.
“Today’s announcement is an exciting one, as we launch partnerships with these industry-leading brands and prepare for significant growth across the region,” said CEO Ric Elias. “We pride ourselves on being a great place to work for the best people, and we plan to attract the absolute best talent as we quickly grow our team over the next few months.”
The majority of Red Ventures’ hiring efforts will take place at its Fort Mill, S.C. headquarters, but the company is also hiring at its new “North Charlotte location, located in the University Research park.” Red Ventures partners with some of the nation’s largest brands to bring them high volumes of high-quality customers. Partners span across industries including: video, Internet, security, insurance and energy. The company uses proprietary technology to market and sell services through a variety of online and offline channels.
The majority of the new jobs will be in inside sales, but Red Ventures is also looking for people to join other areas of the business. Positions are available for: engineers, web designers, and MySQL Database Administrators, along with several other roles.
The past year has been filled with major growth for Red Ventures. In April, South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley joined the company when it broke ground on the third building at its rapidly growing campus. Known for its unique employee perks, Red Ventures’ current HQ includes an indoor basketball court, onsite restaurant with subsidized meals, a full gym, locker rooms, an indoor running track and more. The campus expansion – which is expected to open in April 2014 – will include a six-lane bowling alley, beer garden, multiple onsite restaurants, fitness facilities and an amphitheater.
